When I went by Phlox last week to snap a couple of photos of the beautiful clothes in the boutique’s window, I ran into Barbara Seipp, owner of Phlox and designer of Isaac Hers. I’ve got to say I was a little surprised to see her coming out of the shop as it was late in the evening… but that just goes to show you… owning and operating one of the most chic boutiques in Portland requires uber-dedication and crazy-long hours. The fashion junkies in PDX, which I am surely one of, are undoubtedly grateful. While talking with Seipp in front of her shop located on N. Mississippi she informed me that there are some huge changes coming for Phlox in the not so distant future. Be sure to keep your eyes open and an ear to the ground for the next little bit to find out what I’m talking about.
